Overview
The Project Structure in ACT 3 AI organizes all creative elements of your production — from story beats to rendered exports — into a unified workspace. It helps users navigate between Scenes, Shots, Characters, and assets while keeping billing, storage, and collaboration consistent.
1. Purpose
- Provide a clear hierarchy for film, video, and animation projects
- Enable smooth navigation between creative and technical layers
- Centralize assets (scripts, actors, renders) into one workspace
- Ensure team collaboration with permissions and versioning
2. Core Levels

- Scripts → Script_Editor, Import_Script, Export_Script, Final_Draft
- Media → images, backgrounds, Audio_Tracks, narration
- Metadata → Camera_Instructions, timing
- Generated → Google_Veo_3, Runway, WAN_AI_Integration outputs
- Use the **Dashboard** for global view of active projects
- Drill down into Timeline_&_Storyboard for beat-to-shot workflow
- Switch to Top_Down_View for staging and blocking
- Manage renders via Render_Queue and Build_Video
