Overview

The Billing History section in ACT 3 AI provides a detailed record of all subscription charges, credit purchases, and invoices associated with your account or organization. It is accessible through Account Settings → Billing and is available to account owners and admins in Organization Management.

Key Features

  • **Invoice Tracking:** View a complete history of transactions.
  • **Subscription Records:** Track past and current subscription plans.
  • **Credit Purchases:** See when additional credits were bought.
  • **Downloadable Invoices:** Export invoices in PDF or CSV format for accounting.
  • **Filter & Search:** Find invoices by date range, type, or project.
  • **Team Visibility:** Owners and admins can view shared organizational billing.

How to Access

  1. Log in to https://app.act3ai.com.
  2. Click your profile icon → **Account Settings**.
  3. Select **Billing → Billing History**.
  4. Browse invoices, subscription renewals, and credit purchases.
  5. Click any record to expand details or download a copy.

Information Displayed

  • Date of transaction.
  • Payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
  • Amount charged.
  • Type of charge (subscription, credits, adjustments).
  • Invoice number (downloadable).
  • Project or organization linked to the charge.
