Overview
The Create Account process registers you for the ACT 3 AI platform, giving you access to all features including project creation, AI Wizard, Digital Actors, and Build Video. Accounts are free to create and can be upgraded later via the Subscription Plan page.
How to Create an Account
- Go to the ACT 3 AI web app: https://app.act3ai.com
- Click Sign Up on the login page.
- Enter your details:
- Full Name
- Email Address
- Password (minimum 8 characters)
- Verify your email address via the confirmation link.
- Log in with your new credentials.
Organization vs Personal Accounts
- Personal Account – for individual creators working on personal projects.
- Organization Account – shared account for teams, with role management and shared credit pools.
Account Features
- Access the Dashboard for projects and settings.
- Start a New Project or Import Script.
- Use AI integrations: Google_Veo_3, Runway, WAN AI.
- Manage billing and credits.
- Upgrade or downgrade via Subscription Plan.
Managing Your Account
- Update your profile under Account Settings.
- Reset your password if forgotten.
- Add or remove team members if using an Organization Account.
- Review invoices and receipts in Billing History.
Troubleshooting
- Didn’t receive confirmation email? → Check spam/junk folder or request resend.
- Password reset not working? → Use the reset form or contact support.
- Need to upgrade? → Go to Subscription Plan for options.
