Overview

The Generative Workflow Pipeline in ACT 3 AI describes how projects move from initial ideas or imported scripts to fully rendered videos using AI models. This pipeline connects writing, planning, casting, rendering, and distribution into one continuous loop of human creativity and AI assistance.

Pipeline Stages

1. Ideation & Project Setup

  • Start a New Project with title, description, and format (film, ad, TikTok, concept test).
  • Define aspect ratio and length.
  • Use AI Wizard to expand a one-line idea into structured loglines, acts, and beats.

2. Script Development

3. Characters & Casting

4. Visual Planning

5. Generative Rendering

6. Assembly & Editing

7. Export & Distribution

  • Send final sequences to the Render Queue.
  • Export via Export Distribution to MP4, ProRes, or social-optimized formats.
  • Attach subtitles, multi-language dubs, and thumbnails.
  • Share directly to YouTube, TikTok, or internal review.

8. Feedback & Iteration

  • Gather notes via collaborator comments.
  • Regenerate scenes or re-edit sequences.
  • Update the pipeline in real-time until final approval.

Best Practices

  • Use draft previews before high-resolution renders.
  • Keep consistent LUTs/lighting across scenes for visual continuity.
  • Lock assets once finalized to avoid credit waste.
  • Integrate feedback loops early to save time.
