Overview

The Organization feature in ACT 3 AI allows you to manage multiple team members, share resources, and collaborate on projects under a single workspace. It’s ideal for production teams, studios, agencies, and educational groups who need shared access to scripts, digital actors, assets, and render queues.

Organization Structure

An Organization in ACT 3 AI is structured into:

  • Organization Owner – Full permissions, billing control
  • Admins – Manage members, assign roles, edit all content
  • Editors – Create and edit scenes, shots, and scripts
  • Viewers – Read-only access to projects and assets

How to Create an Organization

  1. Go to your Dashboard.
  2. Click **Create Organization** in the sidebar.
  3. Enter an organization name and optional description.
  4. Choose your subscription plan and payment method.
  5. Invite initial members by email.

Inviting and Managing Members

  • Invite members via email or by sharing a secure invite link.
  • Assign roles upon invitation or later in the Organization Settings panel.
  • Remove or reassign members as team needs change.

  • Members not receiving invites → Check spam/junk folders and resend.
