Account Cancellation

Overview

The Account Cancellation process in ACT 3 AI allows you to permanently close your account, stop billing, and remove access to projects and services. Before canceling, ensure you have downloaded all necessary scripts, video exports, or documentation, since data may be deleted and cannot be recovered.

How to Cancel Your Account

  1. Log in to your ACT 3 AI account.
  2. Go to **Settings → Subscription & Billing**.
  3. Select **Cancel Account**.
  4. Review the confirmation prompt (this will include data deletion and billing notices).
  5. Confirm by clicking **Permanently Cancel Account**.
  6. You will receive a confirmation email once cancellation is complete.

Important Notes

  • Billing:
If you cancel mid-billing cycle, your account remains active until the end of the current paid period.
Unused credits are forfeited at cancellation.
  • Projects & Data:
All projects, scenes, digital actors, and rendered outputs will be permanently deleted.
