This guide walks you through the step-by-step process of creating a new video or movie using Act3AI’s AI-powered platform. With Act3AI, you can transform a simple idea into a professional video by entering a text prompt and customizing your project. Follow these steps to create your first video, whether it’s a movie, YouTube video, TikTok clip, or more!
Steps to Create a New Video
Step 1: Enter a Description
In the Act3AI dashboard, go to the Create New Project section. Enter a simple description of your video (one line or one paragraph). For example: “A sci-fi adventure where a lone astronaut explores an alien planet.” Click Start Creating Movie to begin.
Step 2: Set Project Details
On the next page, provide the following:
- Title: Give your project a name (e.g., “Cosmic Journey”).
- Genre: Select a genre (e.g., Sci-Fi, Drama, Comedy).
- Project Type: Choose the type of project (e.g., Movie, YouTube, TikTok).
- Aspect Ratio: Select an aspect ratio (e.g., 16:9 for movies, 9:16 for TikTok).
- Organization: Specify if the project is personal or for an organization (e.g., your company or team).
Click Continue to proceed.
Step 3: Select Visual Style
On the next page, choose a visual style for your video (e.g., Cinematic, Animation, Realistic). Click Continue to move forward.
Step 4: Add Script and Settings
You’ll land on a page to configure your project’s script and settings:
- Script: Insert your own script if you have one, or skip this to let Act3AI generate a script based on your description.
- Duration: Select the project’s duration (e.g., 30 seconds for TikTok, 90 minutes for a movie).
- Sharing: Choose whether to share your project with the Act3AI community or keep it private.
Click Continue to proceed.
Step 5: Review Overview
On the Overview page, review your project settings and description. Make any adjustments if needed. Click Finish to confirm.
Step 6: Define Plot Details (AI Wizard)
On the next page, you will land in the AI Wizard where you find the plot details in the provided textboxes:
