Overview

The Collaboration features in ACT 3 AI enable teams to work together on scripts, scenes, shots, and final videos in real time. Multiple creators, writers, editors, and producers can contribute simultaneously within the Editor workspace, ensuring faster feedback and streamlined production.

Collaboration works best when paired with Organization Management tools, allowing administrators to control permissions, credits, and billing.

Key Capabilities

• Real-Time Editing: Multiple team members can edit scripts, timelines, and storyboards at the same time.
• Presence Awareness: See who is currently active in each workspace.
• Comments & Annotations: Leave notes on specific script lines, timeline points, or previews.
• Roles & Permissions: Assign roles such as writer, director, editor, or reviewer within your organization.
• Content Locking: Lock completed scenes or shots to prevent unwanted changes.
• Version Control: Track changes, restore previous versions, and approve final drafts.

How It Works

1. Create or join an organization account.
2. Open a shared project from the dashboard.
3. Invite collaborators via email or access link.
4. Assign roles (Writer, Editor, Reviewer, Admin).
5. Work together in the Editor workspace with live updates and syncing.
6. Use comments and locks to manage approvals.
